Recent Fundraising

Pictured here are 2 of our very lucky auction prize winners. Linda and Bernie successfully bid to be VIPs on the set of Britain's favourite daytime television programme, This Morning. With only two extra people allowed on the floor during the live broadcast – this was a unique opportunity to rub shoulders with the day's guests and chat in the green room after the show. The prize included overnight accommodation nearby and lunch at the unique riverside location of Oxo Tower Wharf. A very special thank you to Fiona Keenaghan who organised this and many other auction prizes. In total, Fiona's fantastic auction prizes raised a total of £2253 towards the new ICT suite! A massive 'Thank You' to each and everyone of you for your fundraising efforts last year which enabled us to raise over £20,000. The Summer Ball swelled our coffers by over £8,000 and the Summer Fair also raised over £3,500. Money was also raised by smaller events such as St. Patricks Day, St. Georges Day and the Ladies Swishing Night! We have committed £14,000 to update the ICT suite and we expect to have all the PCs in place by Christmas, the first of which should arrive shortly.

We have had lots of fun at our recent fundraising events! St Patrick's Day raised £350 and our fantastic Swishing Event made a profit of just over £270. Thank you to everyone who took part in these events. A massive 'Thank You' to everyone for your fundraising efforts last year! We were able to provide new climbing equipment for the junior playground which will be finished by the end of half term. The costs of £20,000 were met by funding from PTA projects.

This year, one of our targets is to help pay for new computers to upgrade the ICT suite. This will cost approximately £15,000 so we'll need lost of support to help raise this!

Thank you to everyone who attended this fantastic social event. It was very successful raising over £1000. A big thank you to Lesley Spelman for organising it.







Many thanks to all those who contributed recipes and all those who bought copies of the book. It was a great success and £380 profit was raised for the PTA.
